In this case, Supreme Court Justice Gableman is accused of lying about his opponent in a March 2008 TV ad. A hearing on Gableman's motion to dismiss the case on First Amendment grounds took place before a panel of three judges on September 16, 2009 in Waukesha. Following the hearing, Gableman's attorney held a news conference.
