The Madison Institute: Partisan Gerrymandering and the U.S. Constitution

On September 28, 2017, the Madison Institute presented a program on gerrymandering in general, and the Whitford case in particular, in anticipation of the argument on the case in the United States Supreme Court on October 3.

The speakers will be David Canon and Barry Burden of the UW Political Science Department and Robert Yablon of the UW Law School, who served as a law clerk for Justices Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Sonia Sotomayor before coming to the Law School.
