The Senate Committee on Universities and Technical Colleges held a public hearing at the state Capitol on February 13, 2013 on the following appointments: Phillip Baranowski as a member of the Wisconsin Technical College System Board, Tracy Hribar as a member of the Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System, and Stephen Willett as a member of the Wisconsin Technical College System Board. The committee also heard a report on the Special Task Force on UW Restructuring and Operational Flexibilities.
