The Senate Committee on Environment, Natural Resources, and Tourism held a public hearing on October 16, 2012 at the state Capitol on Wisconsin's current administrative rule process and how it affects public participation in fish and game management; the adequacy of current budget support for fish and game management programs in Wisconsin; and the current status of Wisconsin's fish hatchery facilities.
