In WisconsinEye's regular monthly feature, Civil Dialogue, two Assembly leaders -- Republican Rep. Robin Vos and Democratic Leader Peter Barca -- clashed on how to create jobs, Medicaid health-care reforms that would save $544 million by mid-2013, efforts to recall Republican Gov. Scott Walker and the re-election of President Obama. Barca also refused to say he would not be a candidate for governor, if there is a recall election next year, and Vos said he will play a key role in Assembly GOP fund raising and candidate recruitment next year.
