Two veteran observers of Wisconsin politics – Craig Gilbert, Washington bureau chief for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, and UW-Milwaukee Political Science Department Chairman Tom Holbrook - handicapped the top races in the November 2 election in a Corner Table discussion October 22.
