During this portion of the summit a plenary session was held on sex trafficking and internet crimes against children. Panelists included: Vernon Keenan, Director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Jesse Crowe, special agent with the Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation, Jim Valley, an investigator from Door County, and Holly Austin Smith, a survivor of child sex trafficking.  Sam Olens, Georgia Attorney general moderated the panel.

During this portion of the summit a plenary session was held on working with child victims and witnesses.  Panelists included: Catherine Connell, a Child/Adolescent Forensic Interviewer with the FBI, Professor Margaret-Ellen Pipe of Brooklyn College, and Nancy Smith, Director of the Center of Victimization and Safety at the Vera Institute of Justice.  The panel was moderated by Tim Fox, Montana Attorney General.

During this portion of the summit a group of panelists gave presentations on drug use as well as they use of synthetic drugs and how law enforcement is coping with the challenge of keeping up with the rapid increase and manufacturing of synthetic drugs.  The panelists included: Benjamin Sandborn and Joseph Rannazzisi of the US Drug Enforcement Agency, Dan Duncan, Associate Executive Director of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, and Karrie Cattanach, an Assistant Attorney General with the Wisconsin Department of Justice. The panel was moderated by Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane.
