The committee heard testimony on: Assembly Bill 343 relating to expanding the secretary of revenue's authority to waive or reduce interest or penalties; Assembly Joint Resolution 63 relating to excluding incarcerated, disenfranchised felons from the enumeration of population for apportionment and redistricting of legislative, county, and certain other district offices; and Assembly Joint Resolution 65 relating to different property tax levy rates for parts of cities, villages, towns, counties, and school districts added by attachments to school districts, consolidations, and boundary changes under cooperative agreements.
